Each team enters in one of four categories:

• Skate Average team age 40 and under
• Skate Average team Age over 40
• Classic Average team age 40 and under
• Classic Average team Age over 40
• Each Team must have at least ONE woman.
• No Short Course teams
• All team participants must be signed up in the SAME Long course race, i.e. Skate OR Classic
• All racers must finish to receive a team result.
• ALL teams must be signed up by February 19th.
• NO CHANGES

SEEDING RULES Your team does not need to ski together. If any of your racers have skied in the Derby in the past two years, they will be seeded according to past years’ finish. If your team wishes to race in the same wave, the team will be seeded according to the weakest skier, or according to date of registration. Your Team Captain is responsible for advising organizers if your team wishes to race together or not.
