Stowe, VT - Divine intervention has delivered a monster snowstorm for the Derby. 14” outside our door this morning; 6 to 8” forecast for today; and another 10 to 14” forecast for tonight. Additional storm arriving Friday. From famine to feast!

Indeed things are looking extremely good in Stowe right now, and we hope that if were still on the fence, this snow will make you jump, high and long into the 65th edition of this most incredible ski race.  The course is in great shape, the spirits are riding HIGH, and the Derby will be BIG and oh, so much FUN!

We hope to see you this coming Sunday.  We have listed the names of a few hotels and the Stowe Area Association on the "Stowe Info" tab.  Consider taking an extra day to enjoy the snow we have all longed for all winter!  All cross country centers in Stowe and Stowe Mountain Resort are equally ecstatic about the storm and registering epic conditions for all skiers and riders.
