STOWE, VT - Stowe Derby Organizers are happy to report that the race will finish in town, behind the Community Church.  The path is covered, the trails are in great shape, and the race will take place as planned... on its original course.  With some substantial snow forecasted this week, we are in great shape and hope to welcome you to Stowe for the big day, Feb 28th.

Sincere thanks to Eric Smith of Stoweflake Resort for his continuous effort at grooming the Recreation Path this past month. The snow packing surely helped preserve what we had and unable us to take all 800 racers to town! Furthermore, work crews from Stowe Mountain Resort, Mt. Mansfield Ski Club, Topnotch Nordic Barn and Trapp Family Lodge are putting the final touches on their segment of the race.  Thanks to all for the incredible effort, it take a town to make this race happen - and that is an understatement!

IMPORTANT INFO - Feb 23rd is your last day to pre-register.  All teams also need to be signed up by the 23rd.  Afterwards, the entry fee goes up by $10.  Registration closes Saturday, Feb 27th noon.  No race day registration. Keep in mind that the earlier you sign up, the better the start number will be.
