Stowe, VT - A long lasting love affair with the Stowe Derby was evident last Friday at Stowe Mountain Resort when some 80 skiers took advantage of the opportunity to pre-ski the descent portion of the Stowe Derby.

Trina and Dave Hosmer, and Sam vonTrapp headed the Stowe Derby Recon.  Each shared their enthusiasm for the race by giving personal tips and tricks to better maneuver skiing down the Auto Toll Road.  Demontrations, techniques and personal experienced were exchanged, and all enjoyed the sneak peak at the course.  Sincere thanks to all who came, to our coaches, and to Stowe Mountain Resort for the generous donation of lift tickets for the event.
